We found the Hotel to be very well appointed and clean throughout. All the staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. Our room was modern and extremely comfortable, with every thing we needed for a good stay (although I would have preferred a bath, which wasn't an option at the hotel). The restaurant was nice, although lighting quite dim. There had not been a food delivery during our stay so the menu was very very limited, but we enjoyed what we had. There is also an award winning fish and chip restaurant two minutes walk away. The location of the hotel was excellent for us, with very regular public transport into the city center very near by. We would very highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate with staying again ourselves.
We were welcomed by the lovely Andrea who was very polite professional and friendly. She was very informative and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Check out was very smooth again this was done by another very professional polite member of staff called Imad. The customer service we received at this Hotel would definitely make us Visit again. Thank you Andrea and Imad for making us have such a pleasant stay.
Staff very pleasant and helpful. Found the room not very spacious and unable to move around the bed without hitting shoulder on the tv mounted on the wall. Hotel is pet friendly and found the carpetted areas quite dirty looking. Bar and restaurant staff extremely attentive. Ample parking but found the parking underneath the building very low and too low for opening the boot for SUV type vehicles... lots of parking available outside paid and discounted if you register your vehicle. I cannot recommend the customer service more here from the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. Andria and Imani did everything in their power to make us feel welcome. they were so warm, friendly and kind a great start to a fabulous weekend
A well loaded overnight stay! Warm reception staff, Ambience was great for friend's party in their hall and we enjoyed the leisure facilities. The leisure center was open before 8 in the morning which allowed us time for a swim and steam room. Breakfast was delicious and great venue for the photos.
I stayed at this hotel recently and it was a great and relaxing holiday. Their accessible room was spacious and allowed plenty of space for my wheelchair but the shower wasn't very accessible. It had a step into the shower and the emergency pull cord is on the other side of the room by the toilet. Thankfully I had no need to call for help but I recommend taking your own shower seat. The bed was amazing and the most soft and comfortable place to sleep I have ever slept in. The staff were super friendly and happy to help. The swimming pool was great and I enjoyed my time there. The accessible entrance is around the back of the building as the main entrance is up a good few stairs. Overall I loved staying here and plan on going again
Excellent service from peter, assisted our booking with the dog, thank you. Not quite. I tried to order a pizza via reception, but was told that it could only be done by using the QR code. We tried, but only got the 'soup & sandwich menu'. So do we have to go hungry? Just because we don't know how to use such codes.
Wow, what a fantastic stay! Value for money, fantastic pool facilities. The bar manager Matthew went above and beyond. Food was good, ambiance and lighting great. Vibe absolutely percent. Cleaning & hospitality staff 11 out of 10.
